If the price feels right, confirm your order and complete payment within 7 days of receiving your invoice by email—so we can begin bringing your vision to life.

6. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Custom Orders
Please be specific with your request. The more detail you provide, the better we can bring your idea to life.
Faulty Items
If your item arrives with a genuine fault, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge.
Damaged in Delivery
If an item is damaged in transit, we’ll raise a claim with the courier. This process can take time—thank you for your patience.
What to Do

We recommend using a courier for returns—ArtFelt can’t be responsible for items lost in transit
